30-day returns on unopened, factory-sealed pieces. Inspect shade, length, and texture through the transparent protective sleeve prior to opening.

For hygiene reasons, pieces removed from their factory-sealed protective sleeve or worn are final sale. Change-of-mind returns must be in original, unopened factory packaging.

To start a return, email support@ondihair.com with your order number. Defective craftsmanship is covered under our 3-Month Atelier Guarantee.

Change-of-mind returns (unopened, factory-sealed pieces): you pay the return shipping.
